When I got my 560 I had a similar problem which was caused by the outlet of the fuel tank being plugged up with a fragment of teflon tape. The pump was starved because of the restricted flow and actually emptied the sediment bowl halfway before the engine shut off. I had to suck all the fuel out of a full tank and clean it out before I fixed the problem. I also replaced the return valve in the bottom of the tank too because it leaked. It is a spring load valve which can also plug. Many mechanics removed the plug to keep it from plugging.
