If you can get the carb disassembled, soak it in carb cleaner, or paint thinner for a few days to loosen all the gunk. blow the passages clearwith air. You should be able to blow air into a passage, and fell where it will exit from to know if its unplugged, if not, keep soaking, and blowing it out with air. You should have seen the last carb I rebuilt and got working!! I think it was under water for about 10 years!!! Never seen one that bad. But, it did finally clean up, and run like a new one.
