Hugh and Daniel, Thanks, it just seemed to me like cork might not do much but if you guys says it does, experience counts for more than conjecture ;-) Daniel, I thought I sent an email back to you but maybe it got lost. I would love to get a copy of the chart you made that converts the feed rates. I am going to pick up my side dresser hopefully next week after I pick up my "new" 1985 Chevy Farm truck (which will make my wanna-be-farmer life much easier). I am still looking for an A-144 Cultivators manual as I just have my "Farm Implements for use with Farmall 100" book, which mostly focuses on Fast hitch stuff. I see a 1-F11 Rotary Hoe, which is a super cool monstrosity but it's one point and mounts behind the tractor. I don't see any other rotary hoes. Maybe you are talking about the rolling cultivators that mount under the belly on the tool bars. You use two of them. Here is a picture of what I am talking about Cheers Ramon
