They have an o-ring at the top to keep dirt and water out of the bore. The actual compression sealing is done with the steel washers between the pre cup and head and the pre cup and injector. If you have a leak at the o-ring you need to pull the injector and pre cup out and clean them and the sealing surface in the injector bore. You will also probably need four new sealing washers for the two that are leaking.
