I assume that a 350 is the same as an H or M to change the seal. All you need to do is jack up the tractor just high enough for the wheel to clear the ground. Park the tractor next to a post on level ground or inside a garage so the wheel can be leaned up against it without tipping over as the wheel and tire are heavy (especially if you have fluid in the tires). Once you have the wheel off the seal is easy to change. Roger
