Hi Uncle Willy, back in the late 50's we had a 3pt converter like yours for our 300U. The top link was a bar like yours but with many holes drilled in it. The adjustment for the top link was to move 1 bolt hole closer or farther away from the tractor. Wasn't a very fine adjust as the holes were about 1" on center and on a 3 furrow plow the rear furrow could be either in or out of the ground to much. Also some implements did not have space for the top link bar to extend pass the top link bolt hole(ferguson rake) so would have to turn the bar around so long end was towards the tractor. JB2
