Help ID 706 hitch

Can someone tell me how to tell if my 1963 706 has a factory or after market 3 pt hitch. I'm not sure what I have but when I try to hook up my 3pt mower and blade there is not enough adjustment space for a top link. I could send a photo of what I have if anyone is willing to take the time to help me id it. Thanks
