I just went through all my fluids on my 1945 H. The rear end check level is a plug located under your feet just in front of the left tire when your in the seat. You fill it in the plug on the floor by your feet. About a two inch plug. When it starts coming out your check plug on level ground you know its full. Use 80/90 gear lube. Should hold around five gallons. Your hydraulic has a fill cap on the right side of your tractor near your starter. A cap with a dip stick. Holds about 6 quarts. And use regular hydraulic fluid.
