Where is the inner tie rod end? Is it all the way turned out? The outers are the "tie rod extensions" and the inners are the "tie rod ends" for toe adjustment. You do know that you increase the stesses on the wheel spindles and bearings as you go out don't you? The IPB in the ITT manual (37) does show an extension that looks to be about 16-18 inches long. Are you mounted up on the three point? The manual shows how to set up the arms to shift them to the side. I run a mounted plow on that JD3010 with the sway block on the right and none on the lrft to get the plow over to the right. GordoSD
