Well since ya can't get the new flow control valve anymore as we are working on the same problem with the 706 and now also the 1066 . There is a burr or somethingthat is causing this problem . You can get a pice of 5/16ths rod and cut a slot in the end and take some 400 grit emery cloth and use a drill and lighty hone the bore and rinse out with brake kleen and repolish the spool this should slide freely in the bore with some Hy tran on it . You may also have something starting to put filings in the oiland causeing it to stick . My problemis a sored flowdivider on the 706 and not sure on the 10 as i have not pulled it yet maybe tonight if i can get up some go power this heat and long days at work moving oversized loads are doing me in . One othere thing , when the dealer had the MCV off the mechanic could have warped it if he just tighted the bolts and not toqured them as should be done this can warp the MCV.
