I can see having a beef because there were no signs directing you to the site, but are you REALLY surprised that nobody in the area knew about the event? The internet gives you a false sense that this sport is popular. In reality, there aren't that many "tractor people" out there. Most people couldn't give a crap, and if they knew about it, would probably complain about the noise.
