When I bought my W-9 it was outside in a field. We turned it over a few times(the oil idea sounds pretty good) and then we put gas in her hooked it to the pickup and about thrity feet later I drove it on the trailer after twelve years of sitting. Of course the old gentleman I bought it from drained the carb when he parked it but it sounds like to me like a pretty good find. You never know she might bust right off. Good Luck!
