The tractor may or may not have been painted yellow at the factory, most likely was repainted yellow to match the rest of the equipment. These tractors were used mostly just for drawbar work, the PTO and belt pulley were not needed so the tractor was ordered without those components. It would not be any more valuable than any other W-400. Price would be determined by the actual condition of the tractor and also by what part of the country you are in. A W series is somewhat rare in row crop country, but very common in wheat growing country.
