I've got a 7 foot blower on my M. It's V shaped with a short auger screw and impeller on the PTO shaft. The only drawback is that you have to drive through the snow first, but I figure if the snow is too deep to drive through, the M won't have the HP to blow it anyway. If the M can handle a 7 foot, the H should be able to handle a 5 or 6 foot blower. I have a pic posted on this site in the Farmall Photo Gallery. If you search on 1947 Farmall M, you will find it.
