My 96 Dodge CTD 2500 4x4 extended cabs get right at 20 empty driving 70 mph. I've never checked it loaded, but think it is about 15 with my 6000 # trailer. Wardner, When was the last time you changed your fuel filter? If you have recently it could also be your timing has slipped, which is not unusual. Bobg
