What a shame... Don't sell yourself or your wife short - corporate America is learning that older workers have something the younger crowd does not posess. It's called a "work ethic" and more and more companies are hiring older employees. Why? They come to work on time, don't abuse their sick leave, don't steal them blind, tell the truth and are accountable. And, a college degree cannot substitute for 20 years or more experience. You are both valuable - act that way and don't forget it. Tell any prospective employer about your work ethic - sometimes they don't see the obvious!!
