Well, now that you mention it, I did replace the cam to that brake about a month ago. Let me take this opportunity to tell anyone who's reading, if you're having trouble getting a brake on an H to adjust, check to make sure the two cam plates in the cam assembly are aligned. I had one twisted and replacing the cam pin assembly (my naming) made a night-and-day difference. Both my brakes are sound now as a result. Thanks, I'll check that in the morning. I'm pretty sure it's something surrounding the axle though. The squeal is dead-on coming from the retainer.
