I thought about what you said about overlaping and yesthey do overlap being the center blade longer then the 2 outer ones and that center blade foward, so yes they do over lap.
The blades are brand new and I just put them on on Sat. The deck in in good shape and the next thing I'm going to try is sand blasting and paint t5he underside.
This mower has done this with the old blades and new ones
