What I seen yesterday was to appear that they came from the factory this way. They were not heated up as one post suggests and the 300,400,350,450s have a totaly different shifter on them. I am talking about a M, supper M and the MTA tractors. I also seen both types on the same year of tractors. 1945 if I remember right was the oldest ones that I recall seeing both of them on. There may have been older models involved but they were not displayed at the show that I remember seeing. Hal
