Air in fuel system

I have an IH606 Diesel. It's pulling air into the fuel filters and cutting out after about 2-3 hours of work. I've changed the fuel filters and tomorrow I plan on pulling the fuel lines and checking for junk in the lines. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
