Guy Fay's data book indicates that the first OS4 likely was not produced until Nov 30, 1944. Thus it could have been called a 1945 model. However, the first O4 was built in 1940. The O4 had the full set of orchard fenders, the OS4 did not. If your serial number is for a 1941, then you have an O4. Chassis serial prefix for the OS4 is OBHS, for the O4, OBH. Engine serial prefixes are the same as chassis with the addition of an M.
