Minimal signs of antifreeze in oil pan

Thanks for info Removed the head this weekend. Head Gasket is in fair shape considering age except for one spot, best explanation-small blister that pops like a canning lid. This blister was between 2-cylinders and these cylinders had surface rust on walls. Other 2-cylinders looked good (no rust) Pressure test upon replacing gasket will be the tell tale. Not much of a motorhead, but enjoy learning, please keep the advise coming.
