Sounds good, we started on the new one a couple years ago, 40X70X12, with at least 2000 feet of tubing in the floor for heat, just love it, finally got the finishing touches done on it, just love to be able to tear something apart and wait a few weeks for parts and still have enough room to work on other things.
I might put a set back thermostat in there for this winter with the propane going to be so pricey, have enough for the winer in the 1000 gallon tank but might not be a bad idea anyway.
