Farmall Plow Mount?

I picked up a plow for my "A" off of Ebay. The guy said it was taken off a model B. Can any one help with identifying the Mount. It looks like some kind of lowering kit for a taller tractor. The Pic of it is in the Help Identify photos under Farmall Plow Mount. BTW I got it for 20 bucks so if it wont work Oh Well!!!
