I would say that it is in the "ball park" on price. If the wheels are not cut downs it would help it also. Fenders are always a problem on W-12 as they have a tendency to rot out at the attachment point to the axle stub. If they are really solid, again a plus. Make sure the air cleaner is in place, as these are very hard to find separately from the tractor.
