Hi FarmallHal, My tractor has a belly hydraulic pump, and thank you for describing it so well. The opening is behind that belly pump towards the rear axle, so it sounds like I need to make myself or buy a cover. Does anything go up in that area? I saw a two round shafts on each side with slots in them. Does anything attach in this area, or can it be used for anything?? I will also take your advice to buy some manuals, since this looks like I need to do some learning. Scott.
