I'd like to hear from ONE person who has never received their FREE gas cap. It's always, "Waaah! Waaah! Waaah! I send my form in six days ago and never got my cap! Waaah!" Then six months down the line when they process the orders, it's "Ooop lookie here! I got a gas cap! Navistar is soooo cooolll!" 1. You can not get "cheated" on a FREE offer.
2. You are not "owed" a timely response on a FREE offer.
