You're missing it. There is a fill/level plug located between the 2 front implement mounting holes/studs at the lower, inner edge of the final drive housing.

Although the book indicates this opening as the fill level, it really doesn't need to be that high. Keeping it just below the pan gasket level will keep oil from weeping past the gaskets. As long as the bull gear is running in oil, everything will get enough lubrication.
