Not exactly sure on the 682 Hydros, but if it's like my 127 then you will need a gallon of Hytran (check capacity to make sure) a new rear cover gasket and a new spin on oil filter to complete the change out. IH may have added a drain plug by the 682s but on mine you have to loosen the rear cover and be ready for the flood of old Hy-Tran. Put the gasket back on dry. Phlogiston.
