656 PTO Slips When Under Load

Ok...I know you guys will murder me...but I have not found a manual yet.
Got dad's 656 Farmall going. One he built from 3 tractors. It has a 660 engine he rebuilt with a Turbo he added. Smokes a little when cold...runs like a bandit when it warms up. No smoke after warm up...just a real hot rod.
Was running a feed grinder and when it gets too loaded the PTO seems to be slipping. Engine stays the same...grinder slows down.
Is there an adjustment on this PTO? I have worked on 300, 350 and 450s, but it looks totally different.
I leave it to you experts...
