Try this toll free number on Tuesday to see if they have a wiring diagram or a new wiring harness for your Towmotor. The engine was probably used in IH trucks and probably used the same wiring. If you check with your local IH dealer may be able to help you if they've kept their manuals on trucks that used the 345 engine. BOB M is an electrical engineer that posts on here a lot and most of the wiring diagrams used on these tractor with 12 volts are probably very similar to your engine. You can view his wiring diagrams by going to this website. I know there should be one close enough that would get your lift running.
