A couple of Super C questions

My Super C has a rather neat top on the air
intake tube. It's not the plain mushroom cap,
nor is it the Ball jar cap. Rather it has a clear
plastic cylinder that collects the dust inside.
The bottom of the cap has fins to centrifugally
separate the dust and the top is removable.
Problem is, with 50+ years of heat and
sunshine, the plastic is distorted badly and
isn't clear anymore. Does anybody refurbish
these or offer reproductions? Secondly, how difficult is it usually to get the
front crank pulley off? Is it simply pressed on
with a key? Looks like the front support would
have to come off!
