560 wheel weights

I'm going to put two sets of the split-type rear wheel weights on my Farmall 560. The way I understand it, you bolt the first set to the wheel, and then bolt the second set to the first set, right? What length hardware do I need for this arrangement? Could you guys make me a list of what hardware to get?
