There is an apparatus inside the hub that will let you tighten things up a bit. Remove the cover and look in there. You may find that the adjustment has already been used up, in which case you will need to fabricate a sort of extra large flat washer to be used as a spacer. You do not want too much excessive slop in the hubs.
