Hydrolic pump

Yesterday I used my 350 utility to move round bales with no problem. The hydrolic system has some leakes in it so I check and top off on a regular basis, This morning I went to move the rest of the bales and the bale spear would not go up or down. I check the fluid and it was a little low but not bad, I noticed the fluid was white looking like air was beat into it, what does everybody think?
