We run Diesel SAE-30 in our M, W6, and 2500A. Because the oil is designed for diesels, it has more detergents in it to help clean up the inside of the motor. Be careful running detergent oil in an engine that has sat for a long period or never run detergent oil before. The oil will break loose chunks of sludge from the inside of the engine that could plug up oil passages and cause parts of the engine to starve for oil. If you don't know about what it ran before, add mostly non-detergent oil with a small amount of detergent oil and add more detergent oil each oil change until you are running all detergent oil.
