I don't know how much power these other H's have, but I wouldn't want to pull a baler and wagon. I can't do that with my 45hp. Long my hay fields are to steep. My H does great with a rake, and a conditioner, it will turn a baler. That was while working on it. On the other hand, if you are on flat ground you should be fine. I'd look for a New Holland 66 or John Deere 24T with an engine, you might have another engine to keep up, but all the tractor does is pull. What she was built to do these older balers are also smaller and lighter. With one of these you should be in real good shape. These old baler are cheap running from $500 to $1000 in my area, Good Luck, Jeff
