Dave: You are giving him unnecessary information. Yes you drain the the pto - belt pulley housing. If tractor does not have belt pulley option, there is no place to add the oil you suggest. That oil added to pto - pulley is not needed, as nothing is turning up there unless pto - pulley are engaged. The oil slinger if working properly will fill the pto - pulley very quickly.
