Questions on Cotton Picker engine, Red Diamond?

I have a McCormick Cotton Picker 214A that has, I believe, a Red Diamond engine in it. The engine is stuck, and I am about to do some exploratory surgery on it to find out why. I am guessing moisture up the tail pipe over the many years.

My quesions are:

Does this engine have replacable sleeves like other tractor engines?

Is this a common engine?

What else will swap into its place?

Can I get parts readily, from NAPA maybe? Piston and sleeve kits?
