I have a 46 Farmall H that need some repair done on the generator. I have the 6V with 2-wire cutout relay. Upon inspection of the generator I have 3 brushes. 1 is connected to the armature post the other 2 have brushes but the wires that were inserted into them were found lying in the bottom of the casing. I can't tell where these wires were connected. The brushes, springs and commutator are in good condition and the rotor spins freely. Does anyone have a diagram or schematic on how internal wiring of the generator should be? I just need to be sure which brushes are which so i do not damage or destroy anything. It looks like someone tried to repair it and didn't quite know what they were doing. I don't want to make the same mistake. Also, can I find parts for this generator anywhere? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Ken Bruce
