Pull the connection plate off of the bottom and put(must be a shove in fit) some clear acrylic hose in the two holes. Run the pressure side into a clean bucket with about a gallon of oil in it. Fill the suction side with oil (lift it and pour it full) Put your thumb over the end and submerge it in the bucket. Start the tractor at idle and see if the pump flows correctly. If not there could be drive issues inside the pump that hand rotation does not show. Clearance checks on the pump should also be made if is is not pumping. Good luck. JimN
