There's a snap ring that holds the bottom bearing cup onto shaft. Remove it and shaft should come out. Sorry, Forgot about that!!! The nipple is pressed in. You'll have to heat steering arm to remove it. You can weld it up in place. Either way will work OK. Worn nipple will create play in steering. I've never removed the tube so I'm not sure that they will come out.
