I got fed up with switching the hydraulics back and forth using the 3pt lever.
With a bit of work I cut into the line from the pump and ran a Tee through a 2 lever controller then continued on to the 3 pt hitch. I also Tee'd off a set of remote quick connects for things like a log splitter.
I don't know where you live but in Canada there is Princess Auto. They have a good supply of controllers and fittings. I did the whole thing for about $450 and have full use of everything all the time.
It's messy but not hard! Good Luck!
