That's correct. The 560 should have a C263. I think the C221 and C263 block are the same, so this powerful little C221 could be a sleeper, maybe bored out, with the C263, or even C291 sleeves and pistons so the tractor has the horsepower of a true 560, 706, 756, or even a 766.
