It's no big deal. Just use hydraulic fluid, or even motor oil on the o-rings, just to keep from damaging them during installation. If you flush it with whatever -- I use parts cleaner on about everything, just make sure you get it all out. Blow it out good with compressed air. I do not use sealer on the "head" gasket on mine, IMO too much chance of getting it in one of the may openings. Torque the head to the proper spec, I don't remember the number.
