What year is it. If it is old, and has a gear trans, the shifting is like any farmall. It has locations for each "gear" and a neutral. The master clutch must be disengaged prior to shifting. If it has set for a year the master clutch may be stuck. See breaking clutches loose in this forum. I hope this helps some. Newer 15s may have shuttle trans systems and torque converters, I have no clue there.
