I have a '52 super m and need to replace the right brake pedal, mine is bent. The tractor is a stage 1 and many parts will interchange w/ the m. are the pedals different on the super m? it seems that I have heard some pedals had a pretty much strait shank and later they were swept back toward the operator. the pedals on my tractor have a shank w/ a long arc. also the tractor has a rod that runs across the operators platform. one end of it rests under the brake locking tab and the other end sits near the operators left foot and has a bend in it. with the brake depressed, you can use your left foot to lock brakes. was this feature offered by ih or is it aftermarket?
