thanks,pulled the large filter screen on touch control unit and pulled the small orifice screen as well.pretty gummed up,slightly gelled and blackish.cleaned everything well,put new o-rings on hydraulic pump(had pump checked at local ih shop,they said it was ok)..filled with fresh fluid and bled air out. now if i help lift the sickle bar by hand, the rockshaft will move and lift the mower..now when i move the touch control lever to the down position,the mower will not lower..now i'm thinking i have a valve problem of some type, possibly sticking.
