I would look for a repair shop that has carburetor cleaner or something similar and see if they will soak your carburetor. Kleen Tec carburetor cleaner is very expensive, but if you could find a shop that uses it, it would clean all that crud very well. We used a pail of cleaner that had a nylon or plastic basket that you could lower your carburetor into the cleaner and easily removed it too. It was so potent it ate through the metal bucket after a few years. We just kept adding when it got low. Hal
