This is the way I see it you dont have to be like the other guys. Read the buyer and seller policy and buy and sell the way they tell you to. I always leave feed back when an item is paid for or recieved . I dont wait for theres to see if I should they paid I leave it if your honest it should work out. I have had people that I have waited over a week for to hear from they usally delever. I get mad my self when they dont respond I think ebay should make every one read and intial every paragraph in the buyer and seller policy instead of going to the bottom and clicking the yes spot.Yes they would have to put some funny pics there to make it interesting and shorter Then if after three strikes of not folowing the three day rule and othes you get kicked off Simple. But You just have to go with the flow like cowman said I have never done this local sell thing wish I had probly lol.My wife bought me a seller help tape from a infomertial and it said when you put a reserve price on an item put the price in the listing so they dont have to guess and they said it works great. I know my self I will bid here or there just to see if I hit the reserve. I dont know I guess If you see somthing you like you bid if you get it good if you dont there will be 100 more like it in the coming year. You can usally tell good sellers buy there feed back. JON
